The High Commissioner of India Dr. Adarsh Swaika visits Kenya

Ministry of Energy and Petroleum Cabinet Secretary Hon. Opiyo Wandayi accompanied by Petroleum Principal Secretary, Kello Harsma, held discussions with the High Commissioner of India to Kenya, Dr. Adarsh Swaika, on strengthening bilateral cooperation in the energy sector. 

The meeting explored opportunities for deepening strategic partnerships in oil exploration and drilling . They also delebarated on LPG investment aimed at enhancing Kenya’s energy security and supporting sustainable economic growth. 

The High Commissioner reaffirmed the longstanding and cordial relations between Kenya and India, highlighting the immense potential for expanded collaboration, technology transfer, and increased investment in the energy sector for the mutual benefit of both countries.
